Solar is priority power source, grid make up for shortfall, in this way. In this way, solar inverter maximally abstract solar power as much as possible.

In the afternoon there is good sun light, solar power strong, If Solar gives 100%, then Solar 100% + Grid 0% = 100%.
In late afternoon, when sun light get weaker, then solar power not enough, if Solar can give only 75%, then extra 25% from Grid.

If Solar 35%， then Grid give the extra 65%.
When sunset, solar power only give 5% power only for load, then extra 95% will be from Grid.
Solar power always is the first power source, only when solar power is not enough, Grid gives extra power , to make sure enough power for load.
